Gregory Walsh, RMT

Gregory Walsh is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek. He has been a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO) since 2012.

If you are seeking relief from sore or tight muscles due to sports, acute or chronic injuries, Greg tailors each treatment to your needs. His approach draws on a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, fascial work, trigger point therapy, origin and insertion techniques, and non-Swedish methods such as soft tissue release, joint play, cupping, stretching, and strengthening exercises.

In addition to massage therapy, Gregory brings experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer and has training in Reiki, meditation, and other bodywork modalities. He is committed to ongoing learning and regularly updates his skills to better adapt treatments to each individual client.
